Hi all!

I randomely came accross this site yesterday and like it alot! Great blog with interesting topics (including food, my favourite! ha).

My family is Uruguayan but living in Canada. I have recently started a Blog where I cook Uruguayan food (as well as Slovenian and sometimes Canadian food). I find it very hard, especially in Canada to find good recipes of either the Uruguayan or Slovenian variety. Least of all with pictures. So that is why I decided to make the site.

I hope some of you can benefit from it and maybe submit some recipes you'd like to see! (I am running very low) If you know anyone who would like my little site, please send them the link too!

You know, you mention that carrot pudding, but I havent ever tried it??? What is it like??? I dont even know that ive ever even seen it!!! Oh man i am not a true Uruguayan! haha!

The place I normally get it is at Don Gato on 21 de Setiembre... I've had it in Centro too...

Well, it's orange... Light and fluffy... It's for sure baked with cheese melted on top of it... And it's really tasty...
